[SET COMMENTS]
Shiftry is exclusively used as a sweeper under sun that is capable of breaking through most teams by virtue of its fantastic coverage and ability to effectively run a mixed set thanks to Growth boosting both its offensive stats by two stages under sun. However, Shiftry's mediocre defensive stats make it difficult for it to reliably set up a Growth and leave it vulnerable to being revenge killed by First Impression users like Sirfetch'd and Golisopod. Shiftry also suffers minor four-moveslot syndrome, as it struggles to break through both of Incineroar and Galarian Weezing without Growth. Solar Blade is a powerful Grass STAB move that helps Shiftry OHKO foes like Sylveon after a Growth. However, since it is dependent on sun being active to be used, Gigalith's Sand Stream can allow the opponent to play around Shiftry. Therefore, Leaf Blade is a more reliable alternative that can be used outside of sun. Focus Blast allows Shiftry to KO Incineroar after a boost while also giving it the coverage to remove foes like Cobalion, Silvally-Steel, and Lucario without needing a Special Attack boost. Heat Wave allows Shiftry to OHKO Escavalier without a boost and gives it the coverage to break through Galarian Weezing without forfeiting its ability to break past the aforementioned Steel-types. Protect can be used over Growth to prevent Shiftry from being revenge killed by First Impression users, but dropping Growth greatly cuts into Shiftry's sweeping potential late-game.

Sun setters are mandatory partners for Shiftry, so either Ninetales or Torkoal must be on its team. Ninetales is able to use Toxic to cripple and wear down their shared checks, Incineroar and, if Shiftry is running Solar Blade, Gigalith. However, Torkoal can remove entry hazards for Shiftry, give it opportunities to set up a Growth thanks to Yawn, and switch into and punish the likes of Golisopod. Noivern is able to check and remove common First Impressions users like Golisopod and Sirfetch'd for Shiftry. In return, Shiftry can help remove Rhyperior, Bronzong, and bulky Water-types like Milotic. Darmanitan is able to wear down Incineroar for Shiftry and bring it in safely against bulky Water-types to potentially set up on. Cobalion and Gigalith provide Shiftry with Stealth Rock support to wear down foes like Sylveon into range of a boosted Leaf Blade. Cobalion is also able to pressure both Incineroar and Galarian Weezing for Shiftry, and in return, it appreciates Shiftry's ability to remove foes like Reuniclus and Doublade. Gigalith is able to reset the number of turns sun is active, which can be extremely useful for maximizing Shiftry's potential to sweep late-game. Choice Scarf Flygon is able to bring Shiftry in safely against foes like Bronzong and bulky Water-types for it to find multiple setup opportunities. Flygon's high Speed also is greatly appreciated to remove foes like Darmanitan and Cobalion that can revenge kill Shiftry outside of sun. Gardevoir is able to wear down specially defensive Incineroar and remove Galarian Weezing for Shiftry to sweep more easily late-game and bring in foes like Bronzong for Shiftry to set up on. Choice Scarf Gardevoir in particular is able to help deal with opposing sun matchups and provide Healing Wish support.

Solar Blade is a powerful Grass STAB move that helps Shiftry OHKO foes like Sylveon after a Growth. However, Solar Blade is dependant on Sun being active to be useful, which Sandstorm from Gigalith can allow the opponent to play around Shiftry accordingly. Therefore, Leaf Blade is an alternative option as a reliable STAB option that can be used outside of sand sun. Focus Blast allows Shiftry to OHKO Incineroar after a boost it doesn't ohko spdef incin from full so you may wanna note that, while giving it the coverage to remove foes like Cobalion, Silvally-Steel, and Lucario. luc drops to +2 solar blade and offensive steelvally doesn't tank it too well, consider mentioning that it allows it to pressure them without a boost Heat Wave allows Shiftry to OHKO Escavalier without a boost and give it the coverage to break through Galarian Weezing without removing its ability to break past the aforementioned Steel-types. Protect can be used over Growth to prevent it from being revenge killed by First Impression users but dropping Growth greatly cuts into its sweeping potential late-game.

Ninetales and Torkoal are mandatory partners for their ability to set up Drought for Shiftry. Sun setters are mandatory partners for Shiftry, so either Ninetales or Torkoal must be on its team. (you can probably word this better, but the way you have it rn makes it seem like you need both ninetales and torkoal) Ninetales is able to cripple and wear down their shared check, Incineroar, with Toxic. mention gigalith here too since shiftry can't really deal with it unless it has leaf blade Torkoal can remove entry hazards for Shiftry and give it opportunities to set up a Growth thanks to Yawn. also checks pod decently, at least pivots into first impression and liquidation doesn't sting too much Noivern is able to check and remove common First Impressions users like Golisopod and Sirfetch'd for Shiftry. In return, Shiftry can help remove Gigalith, Bronzong, and bulky Water-types like Milotic for Noivern. Darmanitan is able to wear down Incineroar for Shiftry and bring it in safely against bulky Water-types to potentially set up on. Cobalion and Gigalith are able to support Shiftry with Stealth Rock support to wear down foes like Sylveon into range of a boosted attack. sylveon always dies to +2 solar blade, if you're gonna keep this mention then be sure to specify it's important for leaf blade variants Cobalion is also able to pressure both Incineroar and Galarian Weezing for Shiftry and in return Cobalion appreciates Shiftry's ability to remove foes like Reuniclus and Doublade. Gigalith is able to reset the number of turns Sun is active, which can be extremely useful for maximizing Shiftry's potential to sweep late-game. Choice Scarf Flygon is able to bring Shiftry in safely against foes like Bronzong and bulky Water-types for it to find multiple set up opportunities. Flygon's Speed control is greatly appreciated to remove foes like Darmanitan and Cobalion that can revenge kill Shiftry outside of Sun.

mention scarf garde here - pressures spdef incin, aids in sun dittos, can bring shiftry in on zong and such with teleport if it's running it and also has potential healing wish support
good work 1/2 :>

Gardevoir is also able to wear down Specially Defensive Incineroar and remove Galarian Weezing for Shiftry to sweep more easily late-game.
