I'm also wondering if it's possible to get a clone of that shiny chespin. I can give you my Shiny Super Luck Jolly X/31/31/31/31/31 Female Absol with Play Rough in a Dusk Ball so you can clone one for yourself. I would've done the cloning myself but no one around here has a 3DS (No one even knows pokemon around here -_-)

None of them are shiny, and I have the following natures:
Registeel: Mild
Regirock: Naive unless you don't mind a nickname (nickname isn't too bad, it's "Regiwrong" and the nature is bashful).
Regice: Careful, or named Kelvin with a calm nature.
I'll check the IVs if you're still interested.
