And also, how did the earthquake combo do 38, i got 36, even without the attack drop from intimidate?

oops my bad on the earthquake calc, but Intimidate must be activated as the poke enters play. It must be called or it does not activate.

So how does fake out get 7? 4 (Power) +1.5 (Stat Dif) rounds to 6, so i survive with 1 HP

Flamethrower does 22 damage each (due to dry skin), enough to KO toxicroak for sure.
