Programming Showdown Replay Scouter

This addition is awesome!

I have one nitpick for this particular addition -- I find myself typing a filter entry with no capitalization, deleting the filter entry, and then typing with capitalization since the filter seems to match by exact name. Would it be possible to relax the Pokémon filter criteria so that the ID-equivalent name suffices? E.g snorlax & Snorlax would both include Snorlax move breakdown, and Tornadus-Therian / tornadustherian would both resolve to Tornadus Therian?
This is just a nitpick / personal preference though, really appreciate this site & it helps a lot for tour prep
Good suggestion, relaxed the filter:

Hi again and thanks for the improvement, it's been working nicely :) I have another use case that is possible to do today but could perhaps be streamlined a bit further:

I have, one way or another, collected some recent replays of my own games that I'd like to be analyzed. I would now like to to specifically analyze the teams that my opponents have brought against me recently, to see if opponents typically bring certain teams or mons against me.

I first tried using the "Opponent Definition" filter with my name, but that included both my own teams as well as the opponent teams in the results.

Then I tried by opening the replays, collecting the usernames of my opponents, adding them to the "User Definition" criteria, and that gave me the teams of all of my opponents. However it was a bit tedious to have to collect names manually.

My suggestion to possibly streamline this use case is to have something like a checkbox next to the "User Definition" filter that says e.g "Scout opponents of...". If checked, matches all teams of opponents to anyone in the "User Definition" filter. That way, I won't have to figure out the exact opponent username in each of the replays.

This would be nice for self scouts or even opponent scouts (e.g the statistics breakdown etc, what has a higher / lower winrate vs a scouted user, or what people tend to bring vs a scouted user).

If you think this sounds worthwhile adding, it would be much appreciated, but thanks either way :)

Unsure if this has already been brought to the attention of the developer but, the replay scouter won't work no matter what I do to it. Other people have also confirmed that they are experiencing issues too so I know it's not just me. No matter how much I fiddle with the settings and try scouting in ways that have previously always worked, I always get this message:

I hope that this is fixed soon!

Seems like my Azure subscription ran out, so I moved back to my VM for now. It seems to be running again, but honestly, if things start breaking again, I don't have a lot of time or funds to maintain & scale this thing currently. Let's hope for the best, but on the VM it will probably be slower.

It previously broke frequently btw because it ran out of memory.

Not sure if this is the best place to bring up a missing tier but I figured it was better than github. Regulation G 2025 is not listed as an option on the scout tool yet. The format was split on PS! between Regulation G 2024 and Regulation G 2025.

Love all the services you provide! Thanks so much for them.

I updated it, you can always manually provide the tier though, e.g. "gen9vgc2025regg" or "gen9vgc2024reggbo3", I just prefill the options to make it easier!
