Fly Fly-gon... lol.
Although PU is an OM, I think it has its own stupidness thread.
On the 1vs1 battle, Sableye is also a Dark-type... We should check our math... 2x0?

Ok so now it's my turn...

Dragon faces Fairy, and completely steamrolls it. Special thanks to Weakness Policy Dragonite.

Keeping with Monotype sweeps, Stored Power Espeon sweep. Note the amount of support the team gives it. Also the nicknames.

Oh god... just look at this. I won't even bother to point out how much stupidness and ineptitude you can find here.

All the mons on right are weak to Fire, bar Mew (and Venusaur after Mega Evolving).

I think I caught Piccolo Daimao laddering with this...
So I decided to try something in the Other Metas room today, and I had a lot of fun with it. Basically the room collectively made a 1v1 team and then laddered with it. How did this work? Strawpoll. Basically, I would ask people to nominate things and I'd put them in a poll and we'd decide on which things to use.

In the beginning, people were taking it relatively seriously. We ended up with a team of Chansey, Kyurem-Black, and Mr. Mime. Besides Mr. Mime, the team looked like it could possibly be viable. Of course, that just depends on what sets we decide to run...........

Chansey's was the first moveset we made, and we started to get a bit silly with it. I decided to have us be Serene Grace because it was the only one that could possibly have an effect in 1v1. Our moveset ended up being Softboiled, Thunder Wave, Seismic Toss, and Charge Beam.
However, it was Chansey's item that was really the kicker. The poll was a tie between Wide Lens and Assault Vest. ASSAULT VEST. CHANSEY. (NEW META)

So, with that terrific start, we decided to choose a moveset for Kyurem Black. Now, we came up with the very creative and original and amazing moveset of Hail, Roost, Fly, and Sleep Talk. As you can see, we have come up with a next-level Kyurem Black set that everyone needs to begin to prepare for immediately. Next, we chose the item. Nominations included things such as: Master Ball, Focus Band, Sticky Barb, Lagging Tail, Air Balloon, and Never-melt-ice. So, of course we chose Sticky Barb.

Next, we focused on Mr. Mime. Arhops demanded that we use Tickle as one of the moves. Other nominations included Fake Out, Hidden Power Dragon, and Follow Me. Our final moveset ended up being Tickle, Healing Wish, Baton Pass, and Fake Out. Naturally, those are the best moves to run in 1v1 on anything, so why not slap them on the best pocket monster in the whole tier, Mr. Meme? Item choices included Haban Berry, Focus Band, and Bright Powder. Focus Band allows it to reliably beat things that OHKO it, so that was logically what we chose.

http://pastebin.com/iP5FThgf

I tried to ladder with this, but it didn't turn out as well as the teambuilding. It was hard to get people to vote before the timer ran out, so I soon stopped laddering. Anyways, I just wanted to share that amazing 1v1 team that we created and encourage you all to try it out and post replays! I know that Kit Kasai was able to get 5 wins using it, so it may very well top the ladder if you play it right!

The ladder has reset. This might make things interesting.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/1v1-260188457
Ancient Power Togekiss on one side, unscarfed Ditto that went for the Air Slash turn 1 only to lose the speed tie on the other. Predictably, Ditto loses.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/monotype-260189015
I'm down to 1 HP, but I have my trusty Custap Berry with me! Nothing to stop a second layer of--Skarmory is paralyzed! It can't move! Also featuring a Shell Bell Electivire and non-Intimidate Luxray, only for Scizor, having just Superpowered, to SD on it and take a Fire Fang to the face. And why did Luxray have Fire Fang?

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-260191158
No, Krookodile, you're not catching Scolipede, and Ground does not resist Bug. Then Rotom-Heat, outsped, Wisps instead of going for the Overheat, thankfully dodging a Rock Slide to make up the lost turn. Later, it's Goodra vs. Milotic, with Goodra presumably having Draco (why else would you spam Sludge Bomb?) and taking Ice Beams like a champ...only to get frozen.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/challengecup1v1-260193673
Poor, poor Magmar. Just watch.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/challengecup1v1-260195840
That moment when you have a Shedinja. And the other guy has a sand summoner.

This is AAA

Turn 33

Doublade used Swords Dance!
Doublade's Attack sharply rose!

The opposing Ferrothorn used Energy Ball!
It's not very effective... Doublade lost 12.2% of its health!

Doublade's health is sapped by Leech Seed!

Turn 34
★Brawl MK: ...
★Brawl MK: energy ball?
★Brawl MK: isn't
★Brawl MK: power whip much better
★Emily417: idk
★Emily417: its a specal ferro

The ladder reset does make things more interesting.
I actually expected more silliness, but still. Here you've got some examples from today's BH laddering:

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/balancedhackmons-260348594
Ninjask. Also Impostering a lvl1 Sturdinja is a REALLY bad idea.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/balancedhackmons-260349373
Regular Diancie, LO Protean Gothitelle (MMY much?), and Hyperspace Fury Conkeldurr... that kept on using it despite my warning:
★dsm77773:just hoopa-u can use this
Then I realize that the only way that team could deal with Sturdinja was Stealth Rock so I get brave with it. He/she forfeits.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/balancedhackmons-260350742
Noivern, Choice Scarf? No Guard Zapdos, and my favorite: Contrary Shuckle.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/balancedhackmons-260351629
A team of Regigigas / Regirock / Regice / Registeel / Regigigas / Regirock. All of them with weird sets, it features: Desolate Land Fire Punch Regigigas, Dragon Dance Regigigas, and Mach Punch Regirock w/ Mirror Coat. Yeah we all know V-create and Shift Gear are boring, but Regirock...

Also some general OM stupidness:

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/eos-monotype-58515
Right attempts twice to get Stealth Rock in two different mons, and gets Taunted on both. Also Flame Orb Deoxys-D, Reflect LO Keldeo and Agility Lucario (not saying they're bad, just not conventional). And the nicks, too.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-260391499
Hippowdon walls everything (partially due to Mega Rayquaza playing poorly), but dies. Then Serperior comes in, and sweeps.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-260388718
Metronome battle. A very long one btw.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-260390508
All mons on left are from Gen 1. Includes Pikachu making an awesome performance, Dragon Pulse Mega Charizard X, Hydro Cannon Blastoise, Mixed Quick Claw Snorlax with Shadow Ball, Frenzy Plant regular Venusaur, and Blastoise hitting twice in a row with Focus Blast while getting two crits.
On the other side, regular Camerupt, and Hyderigon using Flamethrower on Charizard after it Mega Evolves (it x4 resists it...).

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-260390782
Go Eeveelutions! Finish that Baton Pass chain! Oh wait...

Awesome performance, hah. Also a non-Water Absorb Jellicent (Cursed Body's not a bad ability at all, but dude, Water Absorb) using Acid Armor on a special attacker--and it works, as Snorlax, at -2 and burned, is just flat-out walled. The Camerupt has an Air Balloon (um, I think you have a bigger weakness to worry about), and, of course, Hyper Beam All The Things!

And the Lapras. Oh, my baby. I'm going to sit in a corner and cry for a little bit. Be right back.

Body Slam/Psychic/Blizzard Lapras. What is this, my FRLG Silph Co. Lapras? (No, she had Ice Beam.) At least the Blizzard hit.

Skill Cup. I don't need to say anything else.

Nothing weird or stupid here... but it is just the ONLY Happy Harvest replay existing! Also funny that the first berry harvested is on... TURN 7.
Btw happy harvest Ransei!

Uuh... wut??? (at least this is Custom Game).

EDIT:
Awesome performance, hah.
Hey wait don't you think getting OHKOed before you can even move is an awesome performance? ;_;

EDIT 2:
Forgot this from today's laddering...
http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/balancedhackmons-260403635
Heatran. Oh wait. Imposter... Ditto (Chansey? What does chansey mean?). Or worse: DUNSPARCE.

Not for a Pikachu, it's not. That's what we call par for the course.

Anyway, here's my set:

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-260468537
Stay classy, you two. Cloyster Shell Smashes only to whiff the Rock Blast and go down. And CP/SP Sigilyph, meet BellyJet Azumarill. You might have wanted to Psycho Shift.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/1v1-260470038
Endure Rhyperior (which only serves to prolong the inevitable by one turn), facing Suicune with Mud-Slap.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-260470692
That moment when you have no switch-in to Thundurus. Said Thundurus then uses Psychic on Sableye (a mispredict, I hope). We then have a Horn Attack Heracross (that gives Sableye a free switch!), EQ Heatran (it gets Earth Power), Talonflame Swords Dancing on Mega Sableye, a known Foul Play user (you can guess how that ends), one Mega Sableye getting Magic Bounced by the other, and a CM Blissey--thank God for EQ, huh?

And this...this is just gold. Cats versus dogs (or rabbits, or whatever), a battle you simply have to see.

Cats:
  • Persian set of Fake Out/Play Rough/Knock Off. What is Play Rough hitting (or missing, in one case)?
  • TrickSub Assist Liepard, which called Fake Out twice. That had me rolling.
  • CM/Barrier Meowstic-M.
  • Purugly used for Swagger duties. There are better mons.
  • Brick Break Lando-T.
Dogs:
  • No Mightyena. It's a lot closer to a dog than a certain other mon on this team.
  • Magic Coat Espeon.
  • Destiny Bond Houndoom, also used as a Pursuit trapper. With Dark Pulse (which it should have). And Crunch. Gotta love dat Dark/Dark/Dark coverage. Holding an Iron Ball.
  • Electric Terrain Manectric, with Electro Ball, used on Meowstic (base 104). This was a non-mega (base 105) Manectric, too. And it was used on Lando-T.
  • Eevee. With Facade.
  • Special Furfrou (base 65 there, folks).

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/balancedhackmons-260782653

Some overall stupidness...

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-260843237
Almost every set (save for Blissey), and switching Metagross into Mega Charizard Y.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/1v1-260844571
Contrary Shell Smash Shuckle vs. Regigigas.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-260841670
A really crazy match, let's see...
Linoone got the Belly Drum! It's gonna sweep, nothing can stop it! Until it decides to Extreme Speed a Sableye and gets burned.
Then, Sableye Tricks an Eelektross and gets an Assault Vest, but don't worry, Eelektross will knock it off for you!
After that Gothitelle tries to trap it (despite Sableye being a Ghost-type...) only to get trolled by its target.
Now a Sableye ditto happens. Our trolly Sableye gets the burn first on the switch, but then the other Mega Evolves and bounces Taunt.
Volcarona comes in while Mega Sableye Nasty Plots, but then gets greedy with boosts and ends up Shadow Sneaking it. So you are at +3 SpA and burned, but oh you are just packing physical attacks! Well done (#Sarcasm).
Volcarona starts a Fiery Dance sweep. Notice that an unboosted Extreme Speed from a burned Linoone is weak as fuck.

EDIT:
thdhted I seeked your last AG replay and the sprite glitched,

Um...you do have coverage, right Linoone? (Shadow Claw and Seed Bomb usually.) And Goth used Psychic on Sableye when it could've used Dazzling Gleam Thunderbolt. Whaddya mean it doesn't get DG?

Anyway:

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-260874521
Mega Chomp. Haven't seen that in a while. Torrent Greninja that switches into a Moonblast and somehow lives (from Cresselia, and it still went down in two hits), and no way to stop GeoXern.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-260875943
Shedinja EvasionPassing, rocks Mega Mawile with Metal Burst and Fire Blast, and PuP Deo-A that one-shotted Mega Ray and looked like it was gonna sweep with +1 ExtremeSpeed. Eight turns of sheer what-the-hell.
