[OVERVIEW]

While Silvally-Grass's well-rounded stats and vast movepool may make it seem appealing, its lack of a useful ability or item slot drags it down offensively. Even with its terrific coverage, its weak 80 Base Power STAB move combined with its mediocre 95 Special Attack stat makes it hard for it to break through bulky Pokemon like Clefairy, Audino, and Eelektross. It faces competition from Alolan Exeggutor as a specially offensive Grass-type because of Alolan Exeggutor's better typing, higher Base Power STAB moves, much higher Special Attack, and ability to hold Choice Specs or Dragonium Z, increasing its wallbreaking power greatly. It also competes with Abomasnow because of its useful Ice STAB and ability to run mixed sets more effectively.

Using this set, Silvally-Grass attempts to be a fast special attacking pivot, using its coverage to hit everything as hard as possible. It has a small niche because of its access to Parting Shot and solid Speed tier, giving it the ability to pivot around. Due to its weak offensive presence, Silvally-Grass should not be considered over more threatening Pokemon like Abomasnow or Alolan Exeggutor.

Even with its terrific coverage, its weak 80 base power STAB move combined with its mediocre 95 Special Attack stat makes it hard to break through bulky Pokémon like Clefairy, Audino, and Eelektross. It gets competition from Exeggutor-Alola as a special attacking Grass type, because of Exeggutor's better STABs, its much higher special attack, and its ability to hold Choice Specs, increasing its wallbreaking power greatly. (also has to compete with abomasnow since it can run mixed sets more effectively and also has ice stab)

Using this set, Silvally-Grass attempts to be a fast special attacking pivot, using its supereffective coverage to hit everything as hard as possible. It has a small niche because of its access to Parting Shot, enabling it to switch vs threats switching in (this bit is akward to read out, would rather just say it gives it the ability to pivot) or bulky Pokémon that it cannot touch. It is heavily outclassed by Alolan Exeggutor because of its lack of an item or ability slot, its low Special Attack, and its weak STAB in Grass Pledge. (you kinda end this off the same way you did with the overview. maybe a more concise statement saying that "due to its weak offensive presence, grassvally shouldn't be considered over x and y" would be better)
