Can Ferroseed learn infestation?
No ferroseed is unable to learn infestation, unsure if it changes with Ferrothorn but i doubt it
I'm looking for a Protean Froakie, any nature/IVs, can trade you Friend Safari Ditto with your choice of Nature. Or if you're looking for something else, let me know.
From what I've seen, the best way to getting perfect IVs is finding someone with a Ditto Friend Safari and capturing every useful nature, then using them to breed for what you want. Destiny Knot now transfers several IVs when held and bred with, and Power Items help too. I'm not sure about all the details but you can find a great guide here.

Its cool. Sometimes its good to do something for free and help someone out. I'll follow you as thats why you cant add me. Pm me the Eevee you would like ill breed them in BW and pass you them tomorrow.

Oh, thanks! I wasn't sure if parental natures were relevant to breeding.
They aren't for IVs, but it's useful to have the Nature you want on at least one Ditto to save some headache later.
