does not appear so. best bet is to give the female with the desired nature and ability an everstone. father doesn't seem to be any help beyond moves and IVs

ball will always be plain pokeball.
nature and HA may be determined by ditto (can't remember)
offspring will never be ditto

Hey, yeah I was aware of that. I was just asking because I wanted to try to breed some genderless (beldum, staryu, rotom) using the time machine method and I wanted to know what they're considered to be.
