Simple Questions/Requests - Mark 31 (Minor Pokemon Trades, Item Requests etc GO HERE)

Anyone here have a competitive Yveltal? (where every has IV +27/28 and a viable nature)

I know I'm asking for alot, and that's why I'm willing to trade 2 out of 3 of these choices:

A Timid Xerneas with the IV spread of 31/31/27/31/31/31
A Timid Ditto with the IV spread of 31/x/31/31/31/31
A Impish Zygarde with the IV spread of 26/31/31/x/31/31

I could also equip Rare Candies/PP Ups on the two.

I'm looking for a Harvest Phantump / Trevenant. If I had a choice, I'd like a Careful nature Flawless IV'd one. I'd settle for a female with just its hidden ability, though. I have the following flawless Pokemon up for trade:

Timid Magic Guard Abra: 31/x/31/31/31/31

Timid Blaze Charmander: 31/x/31/31/31/31. Have Dragon Pulse as an egg move.

Adamant and Jolly Marvel Scale Dratini: 31/31/31/x/31/31

Relaxed Ferroseed: 31/31/31/x/31/0. Have Stealth Rock and Leech Seed as egg moves.

Adamant Honedge: I have ones with both 31/31/31/x/31/31 and 31/31/31/x/31/0 IVs.

Adamant Technician Scyther. 31/31/31/x/31/31. I can throw in a metal coat so you can evolve it.

Adamant and Jolly Speed Boost Venipede: 31/31/31/x/31/31

Modest Volcarona: 31/x/31/31/31/31

I'm also interested in flawless IV'd Pokemon as well as Pokemon with their hidden ability just in general. Send me a Pm if you're interested.

I have a level 42 Piloswine that knows Ancient Power... But it won't evolve into Mamowine? I've leveled it up twice and used two Rare Candies on it.

Wtf?

that's really weird, maybe using rare candies doesn't work and you have to level it up through battle?
