If I were to breed a good Bulbasaur/Charmander/Squirtle in Gen III and shove all the possible ribbons onto them and give them exclusive Gen III tutor moves, would there be demand for this?

no. they just sit there and look ugly in your summary screen.

the demand will mostly come from the tutor moves i guess. although i cant rmb what moves they have

no worries. nature will be random, or jolly if you'd like. not sure of the iv's.

Just curious, does anybody happen to need/want a 6IV Chinchou? I actually managed to get a second male while breeding so it's useless to me, but I figure maybe somebody would want it for breeding purposes.

Volt absorb. Although unless you're planning on using it for battle (in which case I have 5IV'd ones that would take less confusion damage with nonperfect attack) it doesn't matter, since males don't pass on abilities.
Also, is it even possible to get water absorb yet?
not yet in gen6.
I need one if I can have it for free :).

They'll both work fine, the 5IV'd one is situationally better though because it takes less damage from confusion/foul play. And yes, they make AMAZING Rotom checks. Sadly they don't quite have Heal Bell yet, and when they do I don't think it's an egg move...
