I kinda think you should keep your tyranitar. Even though you don't like it, it's real purpose is setting up the sand for exca (unless you don't have sand rush) but if you want to replace it, I Suggest scarfed garchomp, as you lack a naturally super speedy poke

Is Hippowdon a good pokemon ?

Could you guys give me opinions on what pokemon I should get for my team and what moves I should use on Porygon and my excadrill ?

Give your Smeargle Whirlwind or Magic Coat instead of Spikes, no smart player will allow you to set up all three hazards that you're currently running at their max capacity. After you've switched Spikes for Whirlwind / Magic Coat, you'll see that your Smeargle is much more useful. Also, what EV's and nature are you running on your pokemon?

The only way Sand Rush Excadrill will work as a Sweeper is if you have Sand up. Hippowdon and Gliscor are a pretty good defensive core, but both are susceptible to Ice type moves. This gen, ideally, your Sand Starter would have a Smooth Rock because of no perma-weather. For the last move slot on Excadrill, run Rock Slide or Stone Miss to hit Flying Types.

Venusaur: Max EVs on HP and Sp Atk
Gliscor : Max on HP,72 on speed and rest on defense
Excadrill:Max on speed and on attack
Porygon z:max on speed and on Sp Atk
Ttar: Max on speed and on Atk
Smeargle:Defense and speed...

Run a Timid Smeargle with 80 HP / 96 Def / 80 SpD / 252 Spe EV's and a Focus Sash, it'll last longer in battle when you need it.
