I have an Adamant Inkay with 26-27/30-31/30-31/20-21/30-31/12-13. Keep or try again?
Inkay??? Why not take it and then just breed better Inkay? To get 5IV + nature, unless you're allergic to (i.e. don't want to do) breeding...

That's the thing. I am breeding. I have a near flawless Azumarill with a Destiny Knot and a random Adamant Inkay mother. I don't understand why but the Destiny Knot doesn't seem to want to pass down the father's IVs.
I'd like to take a Dratini! :)

It passes Ivs randomly from between the two parents not just the one holding it
You don't max out the Hp because that would make your HP even and you'd die from 4 lots of stealth rock damage.

I thought the Destiny Knot passes down 5 IVs from the parent in Gen 6? Or is that still a thing despite the change?
