I want to breed Phione but just want to clarify a couple of things before I start. Does Manaphy act as any other breedable Pokemon or does it work differently with it being legendary? Does the Masuda method work with Phione eggs (I assume so but just want to make sure)?

Manaphy/Phione can only breed with Ditto and make other Phiones due to them being genderless. And I will assume MM work on Phione, as it isnt that special except the fact that a legendary is its parent

You should try wondertrade, lots of ppl trade their spitbacks with egg moves/HA/natures just to get rid of them, and you can trade any crappy ones you have back. If you recieved a crappy one, just trade it again :-P
