And if you're going for flawless just keep whichever of 31/x/31/31/31/31, 30+/x/31/30/30/31 (with hp ground) or 31/even/30+/30/31/30 (with hp fire) you get first, someone posted the odds of getting flawless HP fire a few pages back and they were not pretty.

you're not sure about the IVs? are you using the guy in kiloude pokemon centre to check the IVs?
i like dive ball, personally, but it fits the normal mode more than the active mode

So i have a 31/31/31/31/31/31 Bold Goodra with Sub, rest, and rain dance. I am trying to decide on a 4th move. Infestation, Dragon tail, dragon pulse are a few of the ideas that I have had. Any recomendations?

Why Sub? If you go Rain/ Rest the sub isn't really all the useful. I'd go Rain/ Rest/ Toxic/ Infestation. That would be a pretty sick Stall/ Trap set.
Recause I run Vaporeon with Sub rest rain and scald. I bred goodra to be silly and do mostly the same thing
I play doubles mostly Vgc rules. Goodras sub has saved me from many a dragon/fairy
I like dive ball or luxury ball for xerneas :)
I would try to get HP ground or HP fire, though that might be difficult. There are lots of 5 iv flawless xerneas to be traded for, though they will be cloned. If you are against cloning, you should just try to get the best Xerneas possible for you, not giving up ;)
Its certainly silly..if you run sub and any of the moves you suggested youll survive a fairy attack so you can...rest or sub again. Cuz you literally cant touch them with 2 of those 3...and they resist the 3rd
Agreed, you do not need sub :) However it's your choice. If your Goodra is bulky (which it is!), and you have Rain + Hydration ability, you can use rest as much as you want. If you run Toxic + Infestation, the opponent is not going anywhere and is losing a huge amount of health every turn, while you can chill and use rest :)
Yeah you can :) Just not previous generation born pokemon for this VGC :)

It's a pokemon battle tournament where you usually do double battles :) there are tournaments all over the world, with regionals, nationals etc :)

I actually don't know whether or not smogon has any meetups with tournaments like VGC does, though I doubt it :/
