You can have an Espeon with egg moves in a dream ball in Gen 6.
Catch female Eevee in the Entree Forest in a Dream Ball, Transfer to Bank/XY, then breed egg moves onto it.
Piece of Swirlix.
I don't believe that they're important unless you're using a Baton Pass team.
Sylveon is only able to be in pokéball with that set. If you're skipping egg moves, you can get a RNG'd HA Eevee from Entree forest in dream/heal ball for Sylveon.
then it wouldnt be able to be in special ball
u would be able to catch it with its HA right?

DW Pokemon can be caught in any ball.
Of course. All Entree 'mons have their HA, unless they only have one ability (i.e. Levitate on Gastly).

Yes, if you have one you can RNG in your Entralink Forest, or know someone with the Eevee you need.

No, the tutor move is tutored, not bred. Hence the name "Tutor Move". Wish is an important Egg move you might want.

Generally sylveon likes to have wish but its not a complete neccessity
