Honestly, though I've never used one, I'd say don't use it (competitively, in-game/Maison should be fine). If sp. def was at least 24, then I'd say it's no problem.
Some people prefer lower def/spdef for more counter/mirror coat dog, but mileage may varySo I just bred this:

Yeah, that's the only reason I ask, if it was any other poke, I wouldn't use it. But I feel that Wobbu may be a special case or something
IT's pink and wonderful. Maybe don't take it to a professional tourney if it's not perfect, but I hardly see how that could take away from using it on wifi battles :P
