I see, I don't have a grasp of the top grass types on VGC, but before (on showdown) I could say Mega Venusaur, Rotom-C (rare), Ferrothorn (TR or not), and probably the occasional Abomasnow/ Mega Abomasnow (but limited to TR only).

edit: I forgot Amoonguss and Roserade.
 
Can someone help me out? I'm looking for a Winter Sawsbuck or Deerling.

Megazard-Y's Solarbeam demolishes it, Goodra gives approximately 0 fucks about Rotom-W and has Power Whip if you like, specially inclinded Grass types such as Venusaur, Exeggutor, and lolVileplume can smite with Solarbeam. Roserade outspeeds and has the same firepower as Hydreigon (125 Sp. Atk and pick your poison on the Grass move), and is notable for its lack of weather dependancy. Mega Venusaur, same deal, walls to hell and smashes it in any weather. Hydreigon walls it hard and Draco Meteor stings like a harpoon to the crotch. Ferrothorn can run a Brave Lum Berry set with Power Whip, I think that may of been Ray Rizzo's "no, fuck you Rotom-W". Amoonguss 2HKO's with Giga Drain and Rage Powder keeps Rotom-W from accomplishing much. Gardevoir can tackle it with Energy Ball as well, among other heavy hitting Psychics.

Oh and Reckless LO HJK from Mienshao outruns it and OHKO's. Few use the ninja weasel method though. Dat Protect

Also, may I comment on how mixed gible with fire blast, EQ, outrage, and iron utterly wrecks shit in game, especially early game. It is a monster XD

Edit nvm- could you find me someone who could rng breed in 5th gen?

Well hypothetically, that is in fact a possible combination, however it could not have any egg moves, and would have to be from gen 5.
