Edit: What happened here is that a gamefaqs user (Flareblitz13) got scammed here: http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/2000458-pokemon-x-y-trading/69462931

After the scam the scammer made a different topic (which got deleted) in which he was was trading away the Zapdos which was previously non-redistributable, so to fight against that she decided to make the Zapdos as worthless as possible just so the scammer wouldn't get much from it.

That's why Trainer_ZER0 is doing this, to help Flareblitz13 out.
