From the time machine method, the 31 Attack IV is fixed for this particular session.
So I can't do 31/30/31/30/31/30 Hasty Treecko :(
Unless I'll luck out again some other time getting one IV with a fixed 30 or 31.

Yeah I can do that.
You have to choose though if it's Treecko, or Gible... because this is one-time use only (unless I get lucky in the future such as getting a 31/m/m/f/f/m spread or whatever).
The inheritance is m/31/f/f/f/f, so that mean you should provide a male with at least 31 HP IV... and a female with 30 IVs in Def; Sp.Atk; & Speed, and 31 IV in Sp.Def.
Also don't forget the needed egg moves :)
UPDATE: 31/31/30/30/31/30 ISN'T HP Rock :P
