The first breeding HP I ever did was an HA HP Rock Treecko. It took me a week because of 12.5 gender ratios, HA and not having HP Dittos. The way I did it was by first getting the 31 IVs necessary, then capturing at least 50 Ditto in Pokemon Village to get 30 IVs. It was the most painful project I had ever done, but I REALLY what was on the other end.

breeding hp pokemons are just like breeding 5 iv parents. like cannibal said . The easiest one is hp fighting yamask/litwick
all you need is a 31/x/30/30/30/30 parents then it will work just like a 5 iv parents lol

Try Timid, it has a decent Speed tier. As for the set it generally does CM sweeping but between Flame Orb Switcheroo and a fast Mystical Fire I'm sure there is lulz to be had.
I think I can help you out :3. While I can't give you a hp rock litwick, or even an hp rock parent. I can give you a 31/xx/30/30/30/30 hp fighting male misdreavus that you can use as a parent. Then, you just need to get a 31/xx/31/31/31/31 litwick as the mother. If you get a mon that has outstanding potential and it's hp and spatt stats are perfect, first check it's hidden power in anistar city. If it's hp rock, then take it to the battle institute and use an Iv calc. If you have 31/xx/30/31/30/30 then congratulations, you have bred yourself an hp rock litwick. Let me know if you want the male misdreavus with hp fighting :]
Come on man,cheer up :). If you are gonna keep saying i can't do it you are not going to get anywhere. Just keep breeding and I am sure you will get it. With hard work, it will be worth it in the end when you finally have that moment where you can say "I did it!". Good Luck!
