I did RNG it in gen 3 via an emulator and a Japanese Emerald ROM. I'm also male =p. The reason the mew isn't listed at all is for multiple reasons. 1) I wanted keep it exclusive since it's my greatest achievement in pokemon. 2) There is no point listing the OT, as due to the way 3rd gen RNG works I cant use the save to get anything else anyway*
I offered a clone to 2 people, Rose and Mackenzie. Rose because she had been looking for like 2-3 weeks, and Mackenzie because Mackenzie was the one who taught me to Gen 3 RNG.
Anyway this is the OT and info on the mew, and I guess I'll list it now for future reference:

Notes: I'm probs never gonna trade this thing. Obtained via Emulator abuse, and an AR code to access Mew in Emerald (warping to faraway island). Despite being atheistic, the 31 attack IV is actually bad for mew.

I have the mega-stone on mine, but I can conceivably see it working with a Choice Band or Scarf as well. I don't recommend High-Jump Kick or Fake Out. Fake Out is a gimmicky move that I only like to use if it at the very least gets stab from something since 40 power simply doesn't cut it most of the time.
High-Jump Kick can also come back to bite you. 130 power is strong, but that 10% of missing can easily cost you the whole match. That's a personal preference though, it's up to you if you want to run that risk.
any1 have the power item that boosts speed? I need it for ev training

MegaCham's HJK is THE strongest unboosted move in the game, so it's actually pretty good imo

how so? sub up when u send it out to force a switch, and then u have a free sub
Medicham doesn't learn any boosting moves outside of Calm Mind, and it's not bulky either, nor does it have a reliable healing move. If you manage to force a switch, your opponent is going to go with a Pokemon that checks/counters MegaCham, so you'd be force to switch out and waste a sub. Edit: It's viable, but not the best set.

whats gonna take a HJK from mega-cham? its destroys pokes
Ghost-type Pokemon, anything with Detect/Protect, bulky stuff, Pokemon 4x resistant to Fighting. Pokemon with Will-O-Wisp. It also depends on MegaCham's other moves too.
can phanpy get stealth rocks in Gen 6?
If you mean a kalos born phanpy with SR, then no. SR is a 4th gen tm/5th tutor move only for it. So basically, you can't breed a phanpy in gen 6 and have it get SR, only one from a previous gen is it possible to get stealth rocks.
wow so you're saying i couldnt catch a wild one in diamond, teach it stealth rocks (TM), transfer it and breed it?
