They took it off TM, and gave X and Y zero Move Tutors. Leaving Pokebank Transfer as the only way to get Stealth Rock on Pokemon that can't learn it via level up.
With a man limited in his Pokemon selection, as I have no older gens, and no RNG abuse available.. but working on competitive teams to get my groove back.
I'm wondering if anyone around has a few pokemon to help me breed. Extremespeed dratini is such a pain to get, so if anyone has a reject male so I can pass on the ES move, please let me know. I obviously don't have much, but if youre breeding and are going to just toss the rejects anyways, please let me know. I'll take 1.
Hopefully eventually I'll run into a Thundurus or Latias giveaway or something, but until then.. I won't bother asking for one of those.

I think he mans that you cannot have a KB phanpy with SR. However, like JebusChrist said, play rough and SR is an illegal move combination, therefore impossible to get. However, there are people who can RNG you a phanpy and teach it rocks (without play rough of course). I would do it for you, but I have not rnged in HG/SS before nor have I RNG bred before, so unfortunately I cannot help you. I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors though :].

You should be able to delete them, using the "delete" option which is right next to edit.

What kind of Articuno are you trying to SR? Also, every though of multi-tasking while SRing? Like listening to YouTube vids, watching TV, etc? Really helps speed things along.
