Simple Questions/Requests - Mark 40 (Minor Pokemon Trades, Item Requests etc GO HERE) (NO HACKING)

Is there anything I can do to influence the abilities of wild Pokemon. I've been going for a female HA Starly for literally 12+ hours straight(that's a conservative estimate) I have a dead, male, Cute Charm lead with a Flasher behind it to check for Keen Eye. I've had less than 10 Starly hordes and not a single Reckless one in the bunch. What am I doing wrong?
Oh, and of course 502

Use a sweet scent pokemon to force horde battles

well I should add an sweet scent pokemon to youre party since you only found 10 hordes in 12 hours it would save you an butload of time because sweet scent guarantees an horde

Edit: Arhan's offer is better, as I have no interest in Vivillons I'm afraid :).

Edit2: Not hating on Vivillon. I restarted the game to get shiny Icy Snow in Premier Ball. But I don't need another 16 of them to look at, especially since I can't get all patterns on my game and have no interest in other people's breeds :P.

I have a female dive ball toto,spitback for a perfect 5IV repeat ball male ocean vivilion?
.com even I am not interested in them,ocean is just my personal favourite and I will be battling with it when I am not serious

Okay, is there anyone on HERE with a TSV of 2450? I didn't have a reddit account before and apparently some people are hesitant about trading with minute-old accounts.

I do, but I also check when people post here and PM them if there's a match.
I'm afraid the answer is "no one that I've come across who regularly attends the wifi subforum and has it visible on their trade thread or in their signature".
There's also no one listed on the old spreadsheet that used to be here either for a more thorough answer.
 
So I have been breeding, and just got my 5IV Honedge (this is my first breeding project). Its 31/31/31/x/31/31, outstanding potential. Should I keep going for a 6IV? I plan on using this Aegislash as an SD sweeper

If you're only going for a physical sweeper aegis, with no special moves, you don't need the sp atk IV.

EDIT: the_champs you can just trade me whatever, idc. It'll take me a couple mins to get on
