Level 60 Staraptor with 4 EVs and Jolly hits 158 speed and comes with Intimidate, so soften Zygarde's blows and check its speed.
Level 66 with Neutral Nature and 4 EVs hits the same speed, but stops at 250 HP with 252 EVs if you want Final Gambit shenanigans. However, I think Staraptor is the highest Base HP Final Gambit user besides Victini, so if you want that strategy, you'll need another Staraptor regardless, since one more level hits a speed tie
Last option for minimal grinding seems to be
Level 67 Staraptor
240 HP (hits 251 HP exactly), 100 Speed EVs and a -Speed nature (neutral hits 159 at this level).
- 251 HP Final Gambit
- 158 Speed for Intimidate check,

At first I totally dismissed him as viable (cause I was aiming for HP Fire, and well he's HP Electric). But after thinking a bit I remember I could just go with Shadow Ball instead. Also when looking at his speed I realized he only misses out in outspeeding Crobat and Jolteon compared to having a 30 IV in speed. Still viable no?

"A Mysterious Pokemon Egg that was obtained from Mystery Zone on 0/0/2000."
WTF IS THIS?!

It is a bad egg D : that is unfortunate man. I would not hatch it.
I'm thinking of opening up a shop where people could request me to SV hatch any of the breedables I have on my list. Basically I'd be breeding at request and getting the flawless eggs SV hatched. Would there be interest in something like this? Of course, I'd only be able to do very few at a time, but on the bright side, it would probably be pretty cheap seeing as I am uninterested in literally anything that is not a rare ball female :D
Edit: Hoenn Champion Tristan I thought you couldn't deposit eggs in Pokebank? I've heard of 'bad' or 'mystery' eggs that could delete the Pokemon that was in the same box as it but I really don't know much about it.

"Mystery Zone" was a placeholder name in Gen 4 for when you went off map with "walk through walls" cheats or glitches. My guess is that it's a "Bad Egg" glitchmon or something similar. I'd find some way to dispose of it.
What does that mean? I understand the part about not hatching it part, but what is a "Bad Egg"?
EDIT: I looked it up, and evidently it is a glitch that occurs randomly in Gen VI, here is the link:

And here is what it says: "Occasionally, a player will randomly find an Egg that appears in the Pokémon Storage System with its data set as being obtained from the Mystery Zone on 0/0/2000."
A "bad egg" means somehow you got a bad hack into your pokebank. I would advice moving it to its own box so it does not infect anything else and ignore it entirely.

I guessed that part actually. All I know is that I found it in Box number 49 by itself, and I was guessing I might have stuck some random eggs in there without hacthing them. Should have been more clear I guess, sorry. Well it is 2 in the morning for me so I'll chalk that misunderstanding up to me being tired and not explaining well. But in all honesty I still have no clue where it came from. But my best guess is that glitch I linked upon looking up "Bad Eggs" on Bulbapedia in a few minutes ago, which means I need to get rid of this thing.
The sad thing is they are very difficult to get rid of and have high risk when you do attempt to delete them. Honestly it is just best to leave them in one box and never ever touch that box again.
That's always your excuse. However, if it'll stop you from going into a raving mass of whining in the future or if it stops you from being obnoxious and trying to trade it to an unsuspecting person in passerby/acquaintance/friendslist. You can trade it to me and I'll get rid of it myself.

Yes you should do this, but it is time-consuming .
I know, but that's kind of the point for me. I love breeding and I want to do it for other people but I don't have time for a trade shop of regular Pokemon I can finish breeding short-term in just a few minutes. I'd much rather have somewhat-long-term projects I could work on :)

If you can that would be great thanks, as the alternative is trading off all of my Megastones, Battle Items and ect (and migrating them all into my new X versions file). and sticking my bred teams into Pokebank and whipping my Y versions data, which would suck. (Completed Pokedex and all). And in all honesty, I do come on here mostly late at night for some reason (insomia most likely, doesn't me from being tired and not articulating my point well though).

I need someone with a growlithe(any stats and ability) or a growlithe friend safari. Somehow, I've managed to not get one and never realized this. I thought the GTS would be easy enough, but I constantly underestimate the ridiculous wants of the people using the GTS for a simple growlithe. I have many perfect and flawless pokemon that Id be happy to give if you would like.
