I'd vote Gengar. He's plenty versatile in terms of sets (and thus egg move choices), and he just has a cool design.
Timid (obviously), Dusk Ball (if applicable)

good point actually! Ok so I might consider dusk.
Edit: egg moves are trash though so I guess I will do baton pass and quick guard.
