But I want to be unique D: Mad props to them for getting those though, I can't think of a Pokemon harder to breed than Munchlax.
Incense (or other non-everstone) Pokémon which like a mixed spread. Pichu with Volt Tackle for example. Gotta wait for both nature + random IV to line up (1/25 and 1/32 respectively) rather than just which IV is random (1/6).
Pichu, azurill, wynaut, budew, chingling, bonsly, mime jr., happiny, and mantyke might offer some challenge, since they all require incense as well. Dunno what egg moves to go for, though.

Munchlax is the worst because of the 12.5% female ratio though! And I don't think Pikachu needs to hold an incense.

Is it possible to send a Wonder Card mystery gift from one game that has it to a game that can receive it but doesn't have it in order to get the event 'again'? Like GameStop Celebi between gen 4 games?

True. Apologies on the pichu, I added it because of the need to hold light ball for volt tackle but didn't specify. ^_^
Pichu needs to hold Light Ball to get Volt Tackle. :)
And you can breed a female Snorlax with 5IVs easily enough (no need to keep evolving to replace parent). Then you only need to evolve a single male with Self-Destruct in order to breed the move on.
Porygon can be caught in White Forest (requires Backpacker Herman present).
Best way to get matching ball porygon is through Dream Radar imo, Dream Ball is a nice match. (Sadly doesn't work for anything to do with shiny)
And not to mention RNGing through Dream Radar is objectively the easiest.

I actually don't see Porygon showing up on the encounter slots for DPPt, or Pokemon White. This is quite disappointing
