True enough, but I just notice everyone seems to put 4 tutor moves on RNG'd mons before transfer, on the off chance they have a use.

Superpower just seems even more redundant because Cobalion learns CC naturally.

Yes they are, but you can't capture Dusclops in Gen 5, except Dream World which wouldn't be shiny, or from Gen 4, which would be safari ball only [and a much more difficult RNG].

I'm looking for a Hidden Power Fire Feebas/Milotic I can use for breeding. Although it having Oblivious/Competitive would be preferable, it's not desired. I also don't really care about the ball used, just the 30 IVs for Speed and Special Attack. My FC is 3909-7510-2920.

Think I'll go either Repeat or Timer for Terrakion (It seems like the only one I've ever seen that fits the Timer Ball)
