Get both an eliminate Draco Meteor. Friendship isn't too hard to get.
Another quick question:
I bred a Togepi in 4th gen with the egg move Nasty Plot. If I delete that move and transfer it to 6th gen, will the Togepi be able to re-learn Nasty Plot?

No, egg moves can only be relearned for sixth gen born pokemon
p sure you won't be able to re-learn it if it was transferred, despite still being an egg move. If you transferred it, kept nasty plot, bred another togepi and forgot it in the process, I know you'll be able to re-learn it that way.
Are there any useful 4th/5th Gen TM and/or tutor moves for Skarmory that are ALSO egg moves other than Stealth Rock?
Not really. Drill Peck is pretty cool but it's not a tutor move.

Um, yeah, Carbink is genderless, so no egg moves there. It's also not too hard to find in Reflecting Cave unless you really want a Sturdy one. Though I may still have a Gooey Goomy with a bunch of egg moves kicking around so I can see about breeding some extras of the lovable goo ball.
Thanks for pointing it out about Carbink, I kinda copy/pasted my pending breeding list so missed that fact.
And I can trade you 1:1 your Goomy with eggmoves against anything in my store if you are interested
