A Flawless IV would make the dude say "This stat can't be beat!" or wutever. Unless youre going for Hidden Power or just SRing something, the IV checker will do (unless you want to check the exact stats. I.e Hidden Power type stuff ^^)

That's correct. No gen 5 tutor moves. (That's what made Sylveon pretty much inferior to Florges in the Fairy competition; no Heal Bell/Hyper Voice). That's kind of a relief to be honest (to me), as it means I don't have to be compelled to get good Gen V Pokémon.

If the female Tentacool/Tentacruel has Clear Body then each new born Tentacool will have a 80% chance of getting that ability, the other 20% will get Liquid Ooze. That has nothing to do with Everstone.
Mother without HA (or fathers when paired with Ditto) = Children with have its Mother ability 80% of the time if the newborn can legally get 2 abilities (other wise it's 100% since there's only one ability available. lol)
Mother with HA (or fathers when paired with Ditto) = Children will have its HA 60% of the time. (Normal ability(abilities) 40% of the time, if that Pokemon has a 2 normal abilities then they both have a 20% chance of getting it. If it only has one normal ability then it's 40%)
