It all just depends on the situation really. For example, you KO a pokemon that keeps your main sweeper from doing it's job, thus knocking out the threat, while simultaneously switching in your sweeper to finish up. KOing a pokemon lets your opponent counter the active pokemon anyway, so it's just a way to send in a pokemon that you feel has the best possible match up against their team. I have yet to see someone lose because of a U-Turn KO, I'll tell you that.

Yeah, figured. I really want a perfect one I just kind of don't want to feel stupid later. I tossed an Adamant 15/31/31/31/31/31 one earlier.

I check the IVs during the Zinnia battle. Pretty easy to guess what nature it is once you begin resetting.
 
Hey people i need help with groudon, so i finally at the point where i satrt battele him and i made a plan to catch it:
First pokemon is kirlia for the nature, i brought two venasaurs-one with sleep powder and the second with giga drain leech seed and toxic, thunderus with taunt (for the rest).
Its really because i need to switch with so many pokes that thr effect of the taunt or sleep is gone.
Anyone have a good plan he did? And domeone have a high level poke with sleep powder? Because my venasaur is level 100 and he doesnt obey me sometimes and it makes me mad

Put your Kirlia in front, make sure it's fainted. Put a Pokémon with 157 HP and Final Gambit on your second spot. When you encounter Groudon, your sync gives you 50% chance of getting the right nature, but you don't have to switch to a different Pokémon.

The final gambit will leave him with 1 hp? And i need to make him sleep because he will rest himself no?

Put your Kirlia in front, make sure it's fainted. Put a Pokémon with 157 HP and Final Gambit on your second spot. When you encounter Groudon, your sync gives you 50% chance of getting the right nature, but you don't have to switch to a different Pokémon. If Groudon faints after you did Final Gambit, it doesn't have 31 HP and you should Soft Reset. When you did get a Groudon with 31 HP, it survives Final Gambit and does a move, which fails. It'll give you a free switch. As next Pokémon, use Smeargle. Make sure Smeargle has these stats:
Sassy nature, 31|xx|31|xx|31|01 IV's, Spore, Rock Polish, Taunt, Recover, level 69

This Smeargle has 98 Speed at level 69. When you've switched in your Smeargle, use Spore. If you move first, Groudon doesn't have 31 Spe, since he has 99 with a Spe Neutral nature at level 45. If Groudon moves first, it'll either have a +Spe nature, or Neutral Spe with 31 IV. When it sleeps, use Rock Polish, and Taunt after that. If Groudon used Rest before you could Taunt, bring back your Final Gambit Pokémon to bring it back to 1 HP. If you did get Taunt up before he did Rest, the only thing you have to do is Spore it when it wakes up.
