As someone that doesn't have a trade thread but traded a few pokemon to those that do, this kind of annoys me. If I found out someone was trading a pokemon that I caught which only me and one other person have redis rights to, I'd be pissed and would contemplate whether to go to report it in the black list thread or not.
 
I splurged on a Japanese powersaves (I have so many events I need to reset and wanted more options), which arrived last Friday - so while I can still backup and keep going I figured I'd ask anyway: keep or toss?

SHINY Arceus - #493 (Jolly) : 28 / 31 / 26 / 10 / 31 / 31

Would there be any interest while I keep going for a 5IV or better?

First of all i recognize your effort SR this thing, but since it´s too special, if i were you i will aim at least to 5 ivs of 31 in each important stat...

In other hand, toss it, since i would not keep anything beyond 29...

Keep going... And thanks for asking my opinion.

Since you can back up, you might as well just constantly update the best one that's come up, for as long as you're willing to reset.
On that note: please don't post here with every 10th Shiny Arceus you get asking to keep or toss, the whole keep/toss dynamic doesn't count for much when it wastes ~2minutes to keep and continue (you'd probably wait longer for an answer).

That said, there's better Jolly ones already.

Oh, I completely understand! I was mainly asking to see if there was any interest in this specific one while I keep going for better (I, personally, dont care about this one); didn't know if anyone else did. It was more of a "any interest in this? if so, what can you give me?" lol.

I'll be more clear in the future. :D

Also, I didn't realize there were better Jolly ones out already (where? O.o).

Not that it really matter but this is probably in the ~200s when it comes to resets and its the first I posted so I definitely don't post every 10, lol. :D

Seriously? You'd be pissed off on someone who trade a pokemon that you 1) didn't tell him/her not to trade 2) he/she couldn't search up the redis rights to? To me, that only makes sense if you consider it a "human right" to forever own a pokemon you... trade away. That seems to me like a somewhat contradictory thought on a trade forum like this, but maybe it's just me.

Anyways, I looked at the rules, and it seems (correct me if I'm wrong) that unspecified redis rights means "offer it, but specify OT and ID". Clarification appreciated, though!

I am aware of this, it is a movetutor move from emerald. If anyone can trade me one i would greatly appreciate it. I have some decent stuff (BR, Shiny, soft-reset flawless legends, and some events) for trade if anyone can get me one.

Ivs and nature dont matter since this Pokemon will be a gift for my friend. I also dont believe i have enough for trade for a flawless one. It also NEEDS to be a clefairy with softboiled so that i can teach it Moonblast before i evolve it and gift it away.

1) Unless me and whoever I'm trading with are just doing spitback for spitback, I always tell the people I trade with what the redis of a pokemon I personally caught or bred is and 2) If that person has a trade thread themselves, by rule they're supposed to list who they got it from so anyone that trades for said mon with limited distribution rights can ask me about redis if they want to trade it else where.

Amaura w/ hidden ability

Can offer:
5IV Pawniard - Adamant - sucker punch (timer ball)
5IV Ferroseed - brave - Stealth rock, Spikes, Leech seed (net ball)
5IV Lotad - swift swim modest (Dive ball)
5IV Cleffa - friend guard bold (heal ball)

Also have HA totodile and HA tyrunt spitbacks with egg moves :)

You can also CMT for them if you have 5IV ones, Cottonee needs to be in nest ball thought. Please send PM/VM!

So, eh, my legendaries are working again on ORAS, but I figured, hey, it's time to SR Uxie and then, boom, Azelf appears.

Turns out that my 3DS has been set to a really weird and awkward time. What can I do about that without disrupting anything?

It's 02-01-15, 0.55 now on my 3DS and I'm confident I set it back to the original time...

The only thing is not changing your time. Or change and wait 24 hours and see if there are legends to catch

There isn't a rule about it, but it should be a common sense thing.

  • If the user in question was known for making everything of their's fully redistributable, then you're probably ok to trade it;
  • if the user in question made some things redistributable and others not, assume that it's not;
  • if the user in question made all their stuff non-redistributable, assume it's not.

These only hold if the user is non-contactable however, if they're still active ask them.

what oras legends have people yet to sr a great one?

i remember seeing something abt uxie or azelf but cant remember. im feeling soft resetty, who does smogon need?

Everything has been done but i think that uxie, cobalion and regirock haven't been done much
