IIRC that doesn't change anything for Emerald (the seed still stays at 0). The only change would be you won't be able to hit the first few frames since you have another menu to spam A through.
kuladiamond, Lux or Repeat. I'm leaning toward Repeat though.

Quick question guys, what's the best ball for a shiny Conkeldurr?
Repeat or Timer. Timer kind of fits for the theme of strength and apparent age while having some red on it whereas Repeat just has the red. Failing those... Luxury Ball and call it good.

These are just suggestions, but,moon ball Swablu, lure ball houndour (for shiny), love/moon ball ralts (love fits the fairy type, moon for shiny). There are many more but these are the ones off the top of my head.

After that look update on smogons ou -list, the search function dont work!. when i search for a pokemon, it shows up but when i click on it to the strategy page .., nothing happens, the page doesnt show up! it did work before! what do i have to do ? ironicly .. if i do i trough my phone it Works lol makes alot of sense doesnt it?! .. lol

iirc, for level 50 0-3 IV will give the minimum speed possible assuming no investment... so anything that's base 85 and has those IVs will underspeed you by one point. However, basically the only thing at that speed tier running 0 Spe IVs would be Cress, so I don't see how it should make a difference too much.
