A little bit confused. How can a Kalos-born Level 1 Squirtle know Skull Bash, Iron Defense, Hydro Pump and Rainy Dance if they aren't learnt by EM / Tutor, only by level up?

Got this thing off of WT and not sure how it's possible :[? In Gen VI, level-up moves don't transfer as EMs.

If both parents have the same level-up move, the offspring will also have that move when it hatches.
