Can you trade me a female spitback?
There's a 1 in 16 chance of this happening. Just assume it's no good and go again. There's the same chance that you get a 30 or 31 as the random stat, so you might as well just wait for that occur than fiddling around trying to find a mediocre 5IV spread.
The only case it could be worth it is if you potentially got 0 Speed and didn't have a Trick Room Ditto; but there's more than likely someone willing to give you such a Ditto, in which case you can just have Speed as one of the inherited IVs.
Yeah I did the math as well, but it just seems it happens a lot more often... Oh well, thanks for info! :)

What do you mean by 'Thundurus lock'?
On my Pokemon White, I'm saved in the house on route 7, before triggering Thundurus. Can't trade the caught Pokemon from that game until I finally catch that stupid shiny Thundurus.

Hey, does anyone (preferably who I have added already) have a reset bag that they can use to quickly check EVs for me? I messed up on an oddly specific spread (not sure how much) and realized I don't have a reset bag on my aS.

Does anyone have just a 6iv ditto I could get or trade for . I'm trying to get my friend into competitive battling and breeding. He jus needs a ditto

Wow, I'm dumb. I checked the wiki again. Apparently, I missed that you could get Glameow in Pearl. Derp. Will obtain it from that game. Thanks for the offer though! =D
So, that leaves me with just Virizion. I could RNG a non-shiny one on my Black 2, but I have finally been able to fix the Pal Park issues I had on my DS and I really don't want to fiddle around with the time right now since I still need to pass over some stuff. Most notably, I need to send a gazillion amount of Dive Balls from Emerald because HGSS is dumb and doesn't have them (want to get myself a nice Suicune before I restart the game).
How useful are HP Ice and HP Fire on Alakazam?
Alakazam gets p good coverage without a specific HP, and afaik the only sets that need either are specific to your team (if you have trouble with scizor, landoge, etc). And with Fire you'd be losing out on a single point of speed...
Ice: outruns every Dragon bar Noivern and ties MegaMence, if you're non-mega. With Magic Guard+LO you have enough muscle to KO every 4x weakness you want. With Sash/Scarf, you miss Garchomp:
252 SpA Alakazam Hidden Power Ice vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Garchomp: 164-196 (89.1 - 106.5%) -- 43.8% chance to OHKO (68.8% with Stealth Rock)
Mega KO's every 4x weak and outruns fucking everything, including Scarf Landog and Mega Sceptile.
Does have Dazzling Gleam against Altaria/Hydreigon/Haxorus/Kingdra/Goodra/Lati@s/Dark though. Dazzling Gleam was honestly one of Zammy's best move additions.
Fire: you can fuck with Ferrothorn in so many other ways, Scizor = Bullet Punch AND Pursuit = don't even try it. Forretress? Just Encore / Taunt it. Other Steel types? They give no fucks. Trust me, just use a Fire type. Plus, you run 30 Speed with HP Fire, so you lose to other +120 pokemon.
