I think you mean it will evolve into Gallade...Kirlia will evolve to Gardevoir at Lv30 iirc.

Don't be a douche. A dawn stone is not worth a shiny. Or a 5iv poke. It's not worth much at all.

I think IVs and nature would matter. You realize Soft-Boiled is not an egg move? You can't breed it, it was a tutor move in Gen 3

I would go Modest with Agility, Charge, Eerie Impulse and Flatter. Poor Amphy doesn't get many cool egg moves..

Most common natures would probably be Modest or Quiet if using TR. Defensive with Bold/Calm could be viable, or Timid in UU (?). For EMs, I would say Agility for sure. I typically go for 4EMs for my shinies to up their value, so I would probably choose...Charge, Eerie Impulse, Flatter/Electric Terrain.
