Bullet Seed isn't an egg move. I would go with Double-Edge, Pursuit, Rock Blast, Seismic Toss
I have Level Ball Houndour and Noctowl and Heavy Ball Mantine in my X right now. I can also get you the others if you need them, but I'll have to catch them first (I never got Level Ball Abra for example, because I'm all 'bout that Magic Guard yo). I'm working on my Sport Ball collection anyway, so it's a good reason to send over a lot.

I believe flamethrower is a TM in both ORAS (Vicoty Road) and X/Y (Anistar City)... If you googled that, you'd have found it in 3mins, and wouldn't have to ask the question. Sorry man, but when it's things so simple as that, you may want to do it on your own? :/

You also would have to soft reset for a decent charizard of your up to it.

Yes, I'm fairly certain it is, so no matter how much you try, it will never be shiny.
Yes it's shiny locked; yes, that means it can never be shiny. If the game attempts to generate a shiny one, it retries.

Hi guys, just wondering if there are any pentagon Belly Drum Linoone available anywhere in Smogon's trade thread or anywhere else?
God damn it, I threw away my time. But a friend of mine has a shiny Rayquaza with the pentagon sign. Does that mean it's hacked? I assume so, since Ray cant be caught in XY.
Linoone learns Belly Drum at level 43 in ORAS... I assume you mean Extreme Speed? They're really hard to come by (especially good ones) but BriarRose has a random IV adamant one
100% hack. General rule of thumb: if you see the Pokemon in the overworld then it cannot be shiny, since it being shiny in battle would conflict with it not being shiny in the overworld
