Toss, that SpD IV kills its trading value, specially because it isn't in Defense (If it was Naive it could've been a different story); plus there are much better ones around these parts (including mine, even if I'm no longer in the trading biz) and Buckert just SR'd a hex flawless Naive one, so yeah...

Keep or toss?

I'd toss. Too low sp def for assault vest and (in my opinion) a hindering nature for life orb sets (also for assault vest sets since all bulk is necessary) + mixed nature without flawless mixed offenses.

But it's nice for personal use though

Without max speed your getting outsped by Mega Altaria, Mamoswine, and Metagross plus Gardevoir before Mega Evolving.

And if choice scarfed, Mega Lopunny and Manectric.

This thing is terrible. Speed boosting nature with that kind of speed is a toss. Add in a mixed nature without flawless mixed attacking stats...
