Great for azelf I think you should go for azelf also because nobody has soft reset it yet.
 
Which legendary has not been done and redone? I'm considering SRing one for trade value, to try and get my new thread going once it opens :)

Also, I'm playing on a french game right now, does it change the trade value if it has the french language tag up top?

The Regis are not so popular plus Giratina, Dialga, Palkia.

ah such a good question. the regis are pretty rare. you can also go for not common natures on some of the legends that have been done before. naive azelf would also be cool. seconding deathblade i havent seen an oras regigigas.

so im sring cresselia since i got crescent isle yesterday. scrambled to breed and raise a smeargle and starraptor and made it to the island with 15 mins to spare. going for bold 31/0/31/31/31/31 and/ or 31/0/31/31/31/0(ish)? my strategy is normal sr procedure but to throw a master ball if she fails the speed check, just in case sync still worked or failed and got a -speed nature and 0 speed. whats the highest the speed iv can be and still be effective for TR? i remember seeing 4 but not entirely sure. help?

Assuming level 50 and a -speed nature 0-3 give the same speed stat.
