But don't you have to have like a Singaporean phone number to get one? It's probably just easier waiting for Hoopa to actually come out in North America... besides staff not wanting people asking for the current Hoopa thing IIRC.

No, there's different distributions in different countries, but yes for Singapore you need to go through that route (some stores were dumb generous and gave the codes out for free for a time in that region) and other distributions require you to purchase varying degrees of video game(s) and/orTCG booster packs, blister packs or sets to acquire a code.
 
Hey i'm new to this site so i hope this is the right place to post this :I ; i'm looking to complete my pokedex and still need four of the event legendaries to make it happen. I don't care about IV, EV, Nature, Shiny, etc. I still need:
- Mew
- Manaphy
- Victini
- Meloetta
I have a few spare legendaries to trade, and a handful of shinies
Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Hi all, I've been absent due to a trip through Germany. Can someone tell me what's popping with the recent arrival of Hoopa?

Also, I'm looking for a Japanese Kakuna. Competitive or not, I don't really care. Let me know what you'd want in return :)
