Okay I can't tell if I am the luckiest man alive or not right now. I was Soft-reseting for Modest Dialga when I find this 31/31/31/25,26/31/0,2 quiet on my 3rd or 4th attempt. Now is the SpA being low a reason to toss this because reseting is a pain.
Here are some calcs to see if it will matter
252+ SpA Adamant Orb Dialga Flash Cannon vs. +2 4 HP / 0 SpD Xerneas: 102-122 (50.4 - 60.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO same as 31

I would toss as your boosted stat is not flawless.

Toss because I think you need max Attack on an Attack boosting nature.
