They're not Japanese, but Most's 6IV German Ditto could still do the trick provided your Gible aren't also German. He's got a giveaway linked in his signature if you're interested.
Any ditto that is from different region of the other parent mon you are using works the same for masuda breeding.

Just finished playing through OR, going to SR some legends. Starting with Groudon, already have Jibaku's Adamant Groudon, what nature should I reset for? Relaxed? Sassy? Jolly? If -Speed, should I still be going for 31 in Speed to outspeed opposing Groudon or should I go for as low as possible?

I have some Timid Igglybuffs with Heal Ball and 2 EMs. Anyones interseted I'll give you one for scraps
0-1 speed for -speed nature could be nice if you send out the PDon against a POgre round 1 and want to get the Harsh Sunlight off. But very few people would lead with a POgre, let alone a -speed natured one. But there's still Trick Room sets for PDon in VGC and such, and 0-1 speed is almost always optimal for Trick Room. So personally: I'd go for 30+ Speed for Relaxed/Sassy and 0-1 Speed for Brave/Quiet.

They cannot, because there's no data for the OR/AS exclusive megastones in X/Y... for the most part, anyway. There were some mega stones that weren't found anywhere in X/Y, but were in the data of the games. Particularly Latiosite and Latiasite, but other than those: no OR/AS exclusive mega stones can be used in or traded to X/Y.
