I've been wanting to ask that for a while lol because even tho you can check here I might be too dumb to understand lmao, what I understand is that it's fine as long as it's disclosed within the pokemon information at the time of the trade, but again maybe I'm just not understanding...waiting for a mod to come make this one clear!

Hmmm...... (Thinking).... If wondering if I should keep continuing to breed until I get a flawless or not.

(Asking for opinions first, just in case).

Opinion Question:
Should I keep this one or throw it away since it doesn't have a flawless iv set?
If no, why should I keep it? Don't you usually prefer flawless iv sets or does it usually depend?

Since I started working on a shiny living dex I always breed till I get a 6 IV flawless then I breed off of that one so I get better chances of getting the perfect shiny but even so always go for the flawless spread of the mon you're breeding, flawless doesn't have to be an all round 31, like in your case the 29 IVs would minize the recoil on a life orb set, so just breed till you get the spread you're looking for

I currently only have 31/x/31/31/31/31 Timid ones flying around with 4 Egg Moves: Belch, Knock Off, Snatch and Fake Out.
I'd however be willing to breed one with HP Ground for you for absolutely free. You can choose between Love Ball and Premier Ball.

Would a male one suffice?

If you breed a Swinub and Eevee with the desired moves with a compatible male Pokemon that also has the desired move, the offspring will also have that move at level 1 like an egg move, and will be able to be reminded of the move if accidentally forgotten even after they evolve into a Pokemon that doesn't get the move via level up.
