If your chain breaks from SOS battles, does it reset the count for when you can get a Pokemon with it's hidden ability?
Hidden Power abilities are not affected by Hyper Training. The hidden power corresponds to the original IVs.

Current Meleotta Event (or Meleotta in general) is still Shiny locked, isnt it? So no chance of soft resetting for a shiny?

yes, it is still shiny locked.

The gibles are jolly, and your traded mon's don't need to be specific nature, just the hidden abilities

I also have a male and a female with flawless 5IV quiet spreads, but an even attack IV (HP PSYCHIC)

No, because you need to catch them in order for the missions to be over and they don't respawn.

I am currently breeding bagons, would anyone be interested in a 4/ 5 perfect IVs adamant bagon? I have several combinations to pick from, including some with perfect atk and speed stats. If so, I would be interested in 4/ 5 perfect IVs (with good competitive nature) gible, mimikyu, ditto, rowlet, popplio, litten, riolu, or mareanie.
