best way to get them is mmos, grinding those should get you a munchlax outbreak pretty quickly

Have you tried the despawning method for the Obsidian Fieldlands location at all? I did that method and it didn't take too long.

Yeah you KO everything at that location, sleep, check what's spawned and catch if Munchlax and KO if not. Think it was an AustinJohnPlays video but I can't find it atm.

It depends on which game you're attempting to turn off auto-save on. But, in general, it'll be in the in-game options menu.

For SwSh, it'll be X, Options, then scroll down to Autosave and toggle it.
For BDSP, it'll be the same process as SwSh, albeit with a different menu style.
For Legends, you'll use ZR to scroll to the gear icon. Select Options, then toggle Automatic Backup.
