Just making sure since I'm new to the Majors format, in Stage 1, are we also allowed to switch teams between matches?

EDIT: nvm i can't read, the answer is written two bullet points later :)

contacted my opps, I'm in contact with 3 of my opps on either my smogon wall or theirs and I contacted Shadowtime on discord
 
Have been contacted by or initiated contact with my opponents on public walls
