Why is it useful to say we Lynch ds. If BD flips scum, but not consider what we do if BD flips town Former Hope ?

So it is insanely more impactful to analyze a flipped mafia than it is a mislynched villager.
Not to mention, if you telegraph what you plan to do if someone flips town, it just helps the mafia. Since they know how people will flip, it just helps them better prepare and set up plans, it also means people can be "called out" if their plans changed, which is ultimately a fallacy because typically villagers want to be able to change on a dime to confront new evidence and reads and making people set up their reads in advance if someone flips town is just bad play and anti town.

k I'm going to bed and leaving my vote where it is but if you guys want to lynch me whatever, lynching me is a throw when there are at least 7/17 people(almost half the game and possibly half) who aren't even posting actively/making reads /they're lurking while I'm actively part of the discussion.

Hi, sorry I think I either went to bed or went back to playing games before bed. Also just got out of class, but I have things from 4 until well past deadline for I'm here for 2.5 hours until I'm gone until dl. Uh, he seemed vaguely helpful up to page 24 and then I got realllly sick of reading and ended up skipping every few pages and didn't see much else. I guess I'll just go read all his posts and see what's up for now. Also fuck you if you're the lead lynch claiming is almost alway better than not claiming. I doubt he'll wake up before dl but he's also being more active and helpful so I'm really not sure what to do with this lynch, since if we lynch someone who is active, someone else who is active is inevitably dying tonight and that's just not good for our activity at all? I guess I'm not saying we lynch an inactive just wondering if you guys would prefer an inactive as I'm not smart enough to distinguish the best plan here.

It's not about telegraphing what you are doing, it's about considering a worldview other than your own.
You are currently voting Blue right? That means that your current worldview revolves around Blue being one of the three mafia. If Blue is not mafia, does that make you reassess any of your other reads? That's what I was asking.
It's less important in this game since the roles are known, but if someone were to claim like faith healer or something we may not lynch them day one because that's a valuable role for town
