[SET COMMENTS]
Smeargle is the premier Sticky Web lead in Anything Goes. This is largely due to its ability to beat common opposing leads due to its unmatched versatility. Taunt shuts down opposing entry hazard setters such as Necrozma-DM, Ferrothorn, and defensive Primal Groudon, and also prevents Defoggers such as Ho-Oh and support Arceus formes from removing Sticky Web. Nuzzle is generally the preferred option for Smeargle's status slot, as it allows Smeargle to punish opposing Taunt users such as Deoxys-S, Yveltal, and Ditto transformed into Smeargle. Spore can buy some free turns but leaves Smeargle especially weak to Taunt. For the final moveslot, Rapid Spin removes entry hazards and allows Smeargle to outspeed Defog users and opposing leads. However, Whirlwind can be used to phaze Substitute users such as Xerneas, Zygarde-C, Zacian-C, and Mega Gengar, preventing them from easily taking advantage of Smeargle, while Icy Wind is another option to reliably limit Dragon Dance Zygarde-C, which can circumvent Whirlwind with Dragon Tail. Own Tempo is very situationally useful for evading confusion, which can otherwise thwart Smeargle's attempts at setting up Sticky Web. The given EV spread makes Smeargle as fast and bulky as possible. Technician must be used as the ability alongside a 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe EV spread and a Timid nature when running Icy Wind in order to break through Zygarde-C's Substitute more easily.

Smeargle fits only on hyper offense teams with powerful sweepers that can capitalize on the opposing team's dropped Speed and threaten Defoggers, most importantly Ho-Oh. Swords Dance Mega Rayquaza works exceptionally well with Sticky Web support, as it can break most walls with ease after one boost and outspeed all grounded Pokemon with Sticky Web up. Eruption Primal Groudon and Water Spout Primal Kyogre are also major beneficiaries of Sticky Web, as the Speed drop in conjunction with their naturally terrifying wallbreaking prowess heavily limits traditional counterplay through revenge killers. Primal Groudon is an especially great teammate, as it can further support Sticky Web teams with Stealth Rock. Arceus-Ghost can spiral out of control very easily under Sticky Web due to its lack of sustainable checks and ability to outspeed faster threats such as Zacian-C and Eternatus. Arceus-Ghost also significantly improves the matchup against Ditto and can serve as a spinblocker. Other wallbreakers that enjoy Sticky Web support are Swords Dance Arceus-Ground, Calm Mind Kyogre and Arceus-Water, Dragon Dance Necrozma-DM, and Ultra Necrozma. Furthermore, having a late-game cleaner that doesn't rely too much on Sticky Web is also crucial to the playstyle's success, giving a backup plan for when Smeargle fails at setting up Sticky Web. As such, the likes of Yveltal, Swords Dance Zacian-C, Xerneas, and Mega Mewtwo Y are great teammates as well. Taunt Yveltal is particularly effective due to heavily threatening builds with support Arceus formes as the Defogger and preventing Ho-Oh's Defog.

[SET]
name: Smash Pass
move 1: Baton Pass
move 2: Shell Smash
move 3: Spore
move 4: Taunt / Substitute
item: Focus Sash
ability: Moody / Own Tempo
nature: Jolly
evs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Smeargle is a threatening Baton Pass user, especially if the opponent does not have any countermeasures to Spore or phazers. Spore gives Smeargle free turns to either continue boosting or Baton Pass to a recipient. Taunt allows Smeargle to shut down Whirlwind from Ho-Oh, Haze from Zygarde-C and Quagsire, and Taunt from Yveltal and Deoxys-S, all of which would otherwise prevent it from doing its job. Substitute, when coupled with Spore, buys Smeargle more free turns and potentially gives its recipient an extra layer of protection. Spectral Thief is an interesting option that allows Smeargle to steal boosts from anything that attempts to set up on it for free, such as Xerneas. Moody is often run to accumulate free boosts, but there is a tradeoff; Moody has a higher potential upside when compared to Own Tempo, but consistency is sacrificed as a result.

Smeargle can function as a lead, but it is often even more threatening late-game when the opponent's team is weakened and entry hazards are up. Thus, Smeargle appreciates having Defog support from Pokemon such as Ho-Oh and support Arceus formes to keep its Focus Sash intact. Yveltal is the most threatening recipient of Smeargle's boosts, as its already immense wallbreaking prowess is magnified even further. Beyond Yveltal, just about every offensively oriented Pokemon makes great use of a Shell Smash boost. Good examples include Mega Rayquaza, Zacian-C, Xerneas, Fire Blast Primal Groudon, Eternatus, Swords Dance Arceus formes such as Arceus-Ghost and Arceus-Ground, and Kyogre and Primal Kyogre.

[SET]
name: Setup Sweeper
move 1: Spore
move 2: Shell Smash
move 3: Power Trip
move 4: Substitute
item: Leftovers
ability: Moody
nature: Jolly
evs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Smeargle's boundless movepool allows it to take on the role of a threatening late-game sweeper, despite its subpar offensive stats. Spore gives Smeargle free turns to set up for a sweep. Shell Smash drastically increases Smeargle's offensive stats and Speed. Power Trip is the attack of choice, as its Base Power is greatly magnified by each Shell Smash boost and can eventually reach very threatening magnitudes. Substitute is necessary to block status and negate revenge killers and priority users. Leftovers allows Smeargle to heal passively during opposing sleep turns, buying it more opportunities to set up Substitute and rack up boosts. Moody is selected because it can give Smeargle much-needed boosts to both its stats and Power Trip's base power.

Smeargle functions best on offensive teams, especially those with Sticky Web support, due to its relatively low speed. Thus, Sticky Web Smeargle is a great teammate, giving Power Trip Smeargle the support needed to outspeed opposing Pokemon and put them to sleep before they can attack. Since Smeargle's complete reliance on Spore to set up and sweep makes Spore-immune Pokemon such as Ferrothorn, Mega Sableye, and Safety Goggles Zygarde-C a huge threat, Pokemon that can take advantage of them, such as Xerneas and Yveltal, are important teammates. Smeargle pairs well with powerful wallbreakers such as Yveltal and Mega Rayquaza, as they can weaken the opponent's team to the point where Smeargle can achieve a late-game sweep.

Smeargle is the premier Sticky Webs lead in the Natdex AG metagame. This is largely due to its ability to beat common opposing Hyper Offense leads such as Deoxys-Speed and its unmatched versatile movepool. Setting Sticky Webs allows for threatening but slower sweepers such as Swords Dance Mega Rayquaza and Mixed Primal Groudon [You mention these in paragraph 2, and this is the wrong place for teammates.] to break apart teams with ease. Taunt shuts down opposing leads and also prevents defoggers from removing Sticky Webs. Nuzzle is generally the preferred option for Smeargle's status slot, as it allows Smeargle to punish opposing taunt users such as Deoxys-Speed, Yveltal, and Mewtwo, as well as breaking Focus Sashes. Spore can buy some free turns but leaves Smeargle especially weak to taunt. [taunt can still be crippling]Glare is a niche option that can paralyze ground types, such as Primal Groudon, Arceus-Ground, and Zygarde which are immune to Nuzzle. For the final move slot, Rapid Spin removes hazards and also boosts Smeargle's speed by a stage, allowing Smeargle to outspeed defog users and opposing leads. Whirlwind can also be used to phazes lead substitute users such as Xerneas and Dragon Dance Zygarde, preventing them from easily setting up on Smeargle. Stealth Rock is another option, but it is generally not optimal as the ability to remove hazards or phaze threatening substitute users is usually more valuable than setting a layer of Stealth Rocks. The given EVs maximize Smeargle's speed and defense, allowing it to outspeed almost the entire metagame at +1 and to live as many Rapid Spins and Nuzzles as it can from opposing Smeargle. Focus Sash ensures that Smeargle lives at least one hit from full HP.

Sticky Web Smeargle fits best on hyper offense teams with powerful sweepers that can capitalize on the opponents' dropped speed. Swords Dance Mega Rayquaza works exceptionally well with webs, as it can break walls with ease at +2 and outspeed almost all grounded pokemon with webs up. Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre are also major beneficiaries of Sticky Web, as they can run all out offensive sets and sweep while being less concerned about their relatively low speed. Sticky Webs Smeargle is also generally paired with a dedicated Stealth Rock user, as it often can not afford to run rocks. Landorus-Therian and Primal Groudon are two common Stealth Rock users that can set up rocks while also preserving offensive momentum. Arceus-Ghost is also a great teammate, as it can switch in to Rapid Spin users, such as opposing Smeargle or Excadrill, and proceed to set up Swords Dance or Calm Mind. Smeargle's biggest roadblocks are Magic Bounce users such as Mega Sableye and Mega Diancie. One can play around these threats by not leading with Smeargle and only bringing it in when the Magic Bounce user is eliminated. Smeargle's effectiveness is also hindered by opposing defog users, so it is best to play aggressively not give opposing defog users a chance to come in for free.

Smeargle is a threatening baton pass user, especially if the opponent does not have any sleep checks or phazers. Shell Smash allows Smeargle to be a versatile baton passer, offering setup for physical, special, or even mixed sweepers. Spore puts the opponent to sleep and gives Smeargle free turns to either continue boosting or to baton pass to a recipient. Taunt is a valuable tool that allows Smeargle to shut down phazers, such as Ho-Oh and support Arceus formes, hazers, such as Zygarde-C and Quagsire, and opposing taunt users [Such as?] that would otherwise prevent Smeargle from doing its job. Spectral Thief is an interesting option that allows Smeargle to steal boosts from anything that attempts to set up on it for free, such as Substitute Xerneas. Moody is often run to accumulate free boosts, but there is a tradeoff—Moody has a higher potential upside when compared to Own Tempo, but consistency is sacrificed as a result. The given EVs and nature ensure that Smeargle can outspeed most of the metagame after a single Shell Smash, and Focus Sash ensures that Smeargle lives at least one hit from full HP.

SmashPass Smeargle can function as a lead, but it is often even more threatening late-game when the opponents team is weakened. Thus, Smeargle appreciates having defog support from Pokemon such as Ho-Oh and Support Arceus to keep its Focus Sash intact. This Smeargle set also works well with Sticky Web, as with webs up it naturally outspeeds most grounded Pokemon. Mixed Life Orb Yveltal is one of the most threatening recipients of this Smeargle's boosts, as its already immense wall breaking prowess is magnified even further. Mixed Primal Groudon is a particularly threatening recipient as well, as with offensive boosts almost nothing can stop it. Mixed Necrozma Dusk Mane with White Herb is also an option, as its natural bulk allows it to take a few hits as well as sweep. [Mention Special Arceus-Ghost here, since it’s one of the few Pokemon that can receive a shell smash while being completely self-improof]Major threats to SmashPass Smeargle include priority users and sleep-resistant Pokemon. Priority users such as Mega Rayquaza can put a quick end to Smeargle's shenanigans, KOing it before it has the chance to pass its boosts. Sleep-resistant Pokemon such as grass types, Magic Bounce users, and Safety Goggle users are also a nuisance to face, as SmashPass Smeargle is almost entirely reliant on sleep to do its job. Thus, Mega-Gengar is an effective teammate, as it can trap and remove the opponent's sleep check.

- Glare absolutely isn't worth a slash. Apart from crippling Primal Groudon, there really is no incentive to use it: Arceus-Ground negates it with Refresh and Zygarde-C doesn't mind either due to Rest / Substitute; Stealth Rock is horrible too, you realistically aren't going to find an opportunity to set it up if your priority is Sticky Web; Own Tempo is better than Technician on non-Icy Wind sets, the power boost from Technician amounts to very literally nothing in the grand scheme of things; Icy Wind should be slashed with Technician to limit Dragon Dance Zygarde-C-

Taunt is a valuable tool that allows Smeargle to shut down Whirlwind from Ho-Oh, Haze from Zygarde-C and Quagsire, and Taunt from Yveltal and Deoxys-S phazers, such as Ho-Oh and support Arceus formes, hazers, such as Zygarde-C and Quagsire, and opposing taunt users, such as Mewtwo and Yveltal, that all of which would otherwise prevent Smeargle from doing its job. Substitute, when coupled with spore -capitalize-, buys Smeargle more time and potentially gives its recipient an extra layer of protection. -fluff-

Smeargle can function as a lead, but it is often even more threatening late-game when the opponents team is weakened and entry hazards are up. Thus, Smeargle appreciates having defog -capitalize- support from Pokemon such as Ho-Oh and Support -don't capitalize- Arceus to keep its Focus Sash intact. This Smeargle set also works well with Sticky Web, as with webs up it naturally outspeeds most grounded Pokemon after a Speed drop. Mixed Life Orb Yveltal is one of the most threatening recipients of this Smeargle's boosts, as its already immense wall breaking -join these two words- prowess is magnified even further. Beyond Yveltal, just about every offensively oriented Pokemon makes great use of a Shell Smash boost. Good examples include Mega Rayquaza, Zacian-C, Xerneas, Fire Blast Primal Groudon, Eternatus, Swords Dance Arceus formes such as Arceus-Ghost and Arceus-Ground, and the Kyogre formes. Mixed Primal Groudon is a particularly threatening recipient as well, as with offensive boosts almost nothing can stop it. -I didn't think Primal Groudon was particularly worth pointing out, it's better to just generalize it into a list of benefactors- Mixed Necrozma-Dusk Mane with White Herb is also an option, as its natural bulk allows it to take a few hits as well as sweep. -introduce me to mixed White Herb Necrozma-DM, I do not know him- Calm Mind Arceus Ghost is another strong recipient, with the notable feature of being completely self-improof. Major threats to Smeargle include priority users and Spore-immune Pokemon, such as Mega Sableye, Safety Goggles Zygarde-C, and Ferrothorn. Priority users such as Mega Rayquaza can also put a quick end to Smeargle's shenanigans, KOing it before it has the chance to pass its boosts. Thus, Mega Gengar is an effective teammate, as it can trap and remove the opponent's sleep check. -Calm Mind Arceus-Ghost isn't notable enough to single out; Mega Gengar isn't relevant to the metagame either-

Smeargle's boundless movepool allows it to take on the role of a threatening late-game sweeper, despite its subpar offensive stats. Spore gives Smeargle free turns to set up for a sweep. Shell Smash drastically increases Smeargle's offensive stats and speed. Power Trip is the attack of choice, as it's -drop the apostrophe- base power is greatly magnified by each Shell Smash and can eventually reach very threatening magnitudes. Substitute is necessary to block status and negate revenge killers and priority users to prolong Smeargle's lifespan by buying it another turn to put opposing Pokemon back to sleep. Leftovers allows Smeargle to heal passively during opposing sleep turns buying it more time opportunities to set up Substitute and rack up boosts. Moody is selected because it can give it much needed boosts to both its stats and Power Trip's base power. The given EVs with a Jolly nature maximize Smeargle's speed and attacking power. -fluff-

Power Trip
Smeargle functions best on offensive teams, especially those with Sticky Web support, due to its relatively low speed. Thus, Sticky Web Smeargle is a great teammate, giving it the support needed to outspeed opponents and put them to sleep before they can attack. Smeargle is entirely reliant on Spore to set up and sweep, so Spore-immune Pokemon such as Ferrothorn, Mega Sableye, and Safety Goggles Zygarde-C pose a huge threat. Thus, Pokemon that can take advantage of them, such as Xerneas and Yveltal, are important teammates. Power Trip Smeargle pairs well with powerful wallbreakers such as Life Orb Yveltal and Mega Rayquaza, as they can weaken the opponents team to the point where Smeargle can achieve a late-game sweep. Overall, Smeargle is a rather unreliable win condition because it is very dependent on getting the right moody -capitalize- boosts in order to effectively sweep. However, in the right circumstances, this is a highly dangerous and potentially game-winning set.

do take a look at the grammar & spelling standards Geysers linked, there's a very large amount of errors in this regard
will take another look before finalizing

Smeargle is the premier Sticky Web lead in Anything Goes. This is largely due to its ability to beat common opposing leads due to its unmatched movepool versatility. Taunt shuts down opposing entry hazard setters such as Necrozma-DM, Ferrothorn, and defensive Primal Groudon (RC) and also prevents Defoggers such as Ho-Oh and support Arceus formes from removing Sticky Web. For the final move slot moveslot, Rapid Spin removes entry hazards and also boosts Smeargle's Speed by a stage, allowing allows Smeargle to outspeed Defog users and opposing leads. However, Whirlwind can be used to phaze Substitute users such as Xerneas, Zygarde-C, Zacian-C, and Mega Gengar, preventing them from easily taking advantage of Smeargle, (comma) while Icy Wind is another option to reliably limit Dragon Dance Zygarde-C, as it which can circumvent Whirlwind with Dragon Tail. Own Tempo is very situationally useful for evading confusion, which can otherwise thwart Smeargle's attempts at setting up Sticky Web. The given EV spread makes Smeargle as fast and bulky as possible. Technician must be used as the ability alongside a 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe EV spread and a Timid nature must be used when running Icy Wind in order to break through Zygarde-C's Substitute more easily.

Smeargle fits only on hyper offense teams with powerful sweepers that can capitalize on the opponents' opposing team's dropped Speed and threaten Defoggers, most importantly Ho-Oh. Swords Dance Mega Rayquaza works exceptionally well with Sticky Web support, as it can break most walls with ease after one boost and outspeed all grounded Pokemon with Sticky Web up. Eruption Primal Groudon and Water Spout Primal Kyogre are also major beneficiaries of Sticky Web, as the Speed drop in conjunction with their naturally terrifying wallbreaking prowess heavily limits traditional counterplay through speed control. (actual speed control i.e. twave and similar moves or just fast Pokemon / Choice Scarf users / revenge killers? adjust wording if latter) Primal Groudon is an especially great teammate, as it can further support Sticky Web teams with Stealth Rock. Arceus-Ghost is also a great teammate, as it can spiral out of control very easily under Sticky Web due to its lack of sustainable checks and being able ability to outspeed faster threats such as Zacian-C and Eternatus. Taunt Yveltal is particularly effective due to heavily threatening builds with support Arceus formes as the Defogger (RC) and preventing Ho-Oh's Defog as well.
