Smeargle

A Thunderbolt off of Jolteon also won't activate the sash. When my friend and I tried out the Flatter Smeargle, it was kind of terrifying when he transformed then Baton Passed to a Hydreigon...

its kind of gimicky but im sure itll nab some kills

Smeargle (F) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Own Tempo
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- ExtremeSpeed
- Endeavor
- Recycle
- Spore/Filler

very similar to Feargle sets from previous generations, but heres the thing
if the opponent sees it coming and they knock you down to your sash and youve endeavored, you can try to take advantage of the switch and either endeavor again or recycle to gain another sash then endeavor on that poke and E-speed for the kill not only taking 1 of your opponents pokes down but leaving another with only 1 hp, again this is only theory but it could work
EVs are total B.S. i couldnt think of anything so i just threw them in their 252ATK and adamant are semi-required but like i said its mostly B.S.
 
Focus Sash won't activate again unless you get back to full HP. It could be potentially interesting on Shedinja but it doesn't get Recycle.
