Happy Summer, everyone! As the days start to get warmer for a lot of us, it brings forth yet another Smeargle's Studio Summer Event!
As I'm sure you can guess, this Summer, Smeargle is hosting a Collab Event!
Here's how it'll work:
• Ensure your spot in this event by posting In in this thread! •
• In your post, if you're comfortable picking up the slack for any potential flakes, please feel free to mention so as well! •
• When the sign up period is over, the host will reach out to half of the participants and let them know they are doing lineart! •
• When the lineart period is over, the remaining participants will be notified that they are doing coloring + shading and will be provided a random premade lineart to color! •
• When the coloring + shading period is over, all combined entries will be shared here for your viewing pleasure! •
Important Dates
June 18th - June 24th | Sign-up Period |
June 25th - July 9th | Lineart Period |
July 10th - July 24th | Coloring + Shading Period |
July 29th | Results Period |
Rules / Notes
• By default, you are free to make your own lineart, but if you are struggling to come up with an idea, feel free to reach out to the host, Kaiju Bunny, for a prompt! •
• In addition, when doing your lineart, please keep it both Pokémon and Summer related! •
• Please keep things rated PG-13! •
• Depending on how quickly you and others finish their respective pieces, you may receive an additional pm asking if you'd like to take on another piece! •
• Regardless of whether you're doing lineart or coloring + shading, you must send your finished lineart or coloring + shading piece through DMs to the host upon completion •
• Last but certainly not least, something to keep in mind is that a background is NOT required for your piece! If you feel comfortable doing a background though, please make sure to mention so in your sign up post! •
