I'll kick off our parade: it was another wonderful sprite-making season! With more artists on the team, there was more love to go around; as always, big ups to the whole gang — Clementine, deetah, Brumirage, Altthiel, Irpachuza, kyledove, Kalalokki — and our newest member Turtleye_, who came roaring out of the gate with some fantastic work (as always tbh)!

I had the pleasure of working with two teams this year, and their sprites are some of my favs I've ever made:

This SCL is the first tournament I've had the opportunity to work on the team's avatars. I didn't do a whole lot compared to others on the sprite team as I am not very in touch with the tournament circuit and forgot SCL was approaching... Nonetheless I'm pretty happy with the ones I've made and it was very nice working with the other spriters on the team as well as the managers for the teams. Shoutout to Clementine, absolute GOAT

You already know what's going on, Custom Avatars for this season of SCL have been uploaded and our wonderful team of spriters got to work on them once again!
Just wanna shoutouts sharpclaw, Altthiel, Brumirage, kyledove, who once again allowed us to use their incredible sprites for these custom avatars, Turtleye_, who very recently joined the team and did some absolutely insane work on this batch (give em love) and especially deetah who got the short end of the stick from many teams. She made insane avatars for multiple teams that ended up not being used, which is unfortunately how things can go, but give her much love as well!

Funnily enough, Shoguns were the first avatars I made for this season, but they ended up almost needing some last-minute Toxapex avatars, so I worked on them literally today lol

Hi y'all, I don't have as many finished avatars to show this time around for various reasons, but I did want to get the chance to post about some I was involved in. As usual, huge shoutouts to Clementine, sharpclaw, Irpachuza, Altthiel, Brumirage, kyledove, and our newest member Turtleye_ for their insane work. Big ups to Marty as well for uploading every time.

Studio Gible

Sticking with a similar theme from last year, we decided to run with the painting idea and have it so this time, Gible is painting a (albeit pretty messy) version of himself on the artist's apron. I shall call him Giblesaur. I'm pretty happy with how cute and interactive it came out.

Mt. Silver Foxes

The main work and composition of this avatar was done by Altthiel, I just made some very minor edits and added the sparkle effects.

Originally I had put together this WIP version for the Foxes with Brumirage's Skyla sprite. I was pretty happy with the lantern I made from scratch! Unfortunately it didn't see use this time around though.

Technical Machines

I put together quite a few compositions for the Machines early on that didn't end up seeing use. This is kyledove's Saguaro sprite with almost all of the work done by Denial and Mimikyu Stardust. I just made a few minor touchups to the details.

Hello everyone. As you guys in the tour scene are probably aware already, the Showdown Shoguns, after a rather long wait-up from my end, are getting a rebrand in a pinch. Can't say I can fill in Zracknel's shoes, but I tried my best. Anyway, here are the Shoguns!

For the midseason auction I want to shoutout two players in particular that would be strong buys for Ubers, those being Frito and Skyiew.

Frito is a player I've known for a while, teaming with her for the last two UPLs. She's consistently on top of the meta and her insight is extremely valuable, and she's able to support really well or play herself if needed. She helped me support Highlord during WCoP and I attribute a lot of our wins in Ubers to her because god knows I could not have supported well on my own.

Skyiew on the other hand is relatively new, but he's also super committed and has results to back it up, including making winners finals in summer seasonal and going positive this UPL. I was genuinely very surprised he went undrafted in the first auction, hopefully that changes this time around :)
